Safety operating procedures for woodworking machinery:
(1) Woodworking machinery operators must be proficient in the construction, performance, operation, and maintenance methods of various machinery, and be responsible for using and managing them by dedicated personnel.
(2) When operating woodworking machinery, one should wear work clothes, tie the cuffs tightly, and female comrades must wear work hats with braids placed inside them; Do not wear gloves, scarves, etc. for operation.
(3) Before the machinery starts working, it must be tested and all components must operate normally before starting work.
(4) The shafts, chains, pulleys, belts, and other moving parts of woodworking machinery should be equipped with protective covers and plates.
(5) If there is any abnormal situation or other malfunction during mechanical operation, the power should be immediately cut off and the vehicle should be stopped for maintenance.
(6) When replacing the planer and saw blade, the main power supply must be cut off.
(7) Before starting work every day, check the machine lubrication system. Is it good.
(8) When cleaning the workbench for mechanical work, the machine should be stopped.
